Effective date: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what personal information I collect through fruitionco.ca, my emails, and my services, why I collect it, and the choices you have.
Please leave health information and details about your own clients out of anything you send me.
I use trusted service providers to run my business, including website hosting and forms, email, booking, agreements and invoicing, payments (processed by Stripe, so I never see your full card number), a call notetaker, and productivity and writing tools. They handle your information on my behalf and only for the reasons above.
Many of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. While your information is there, it’s subject to US law and may be accessible to US courts and authorities.
I don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Emails. I only send my regular emails if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured within 10 business days.
Dear Deanne. Sending a question doesn’t mean it will be published. If I feature it, I’ll do it the way you chose on the form, and I’ll take it down if you ask.
Calls. So I can give you my full attention, I sometimes use a notetaking app that transcribes our call. I’ll always ask first, and if you’d rather I didn’t, I won’t.
I keep personal information only as long as I need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. For example, client and payment records are kept for at least six years for tax purposes.
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent (for example, to my emails). Email me and I’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Fruition Co. is run by me, Deanne Vincent. Questions about your privacy come straight to me at hello@fruitionco.ca. When this page says “I” or “me,” that’s who it means.
If I update this policy, I’ll change the effective date above.

By using fruitionco.ca and its free resources, you agree to these terms. If you’re a client, your signed agreement also applies and takes priority if the two ever conflict.
Educational content. Everything on this site, in my emails and videos, and in my free resources is general education about business, marketing, and websites. It isn’t legal, financial, tax, clinical, or other professional advice.
No guaranteed results. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort, and things outside anyone’s control.
My content. The words, designs, guides, worksheets, quiz, videos, and frameworks on this site belong to Fruition Co. You’re welcome to use the free resources in your own business. Please don’t copy, resell, republish, or teach them as your own, or use them to train AI tools, without my written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
What you send me. When you submit a Dear Deanne question or other content, you confirm it’s yours to share and doesn’t include anyone else’s private or health information. You give me permission to read it and, only as you allowed on the form, to edit it lightly and share it in my content.
The site and free resources are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Fruition Co. isn’t liable for any loss from using them, and my total liability for anything related to them is limited to what you paid for them.
Links to other sites are for convenience, and I’m not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be handled in Ontario courts. I may update these terms, and the effective date above shows when they last changed.
What I share on fruitionco.ca, in my emails, videos, social media, interviews, and free resources is for educational and informational purposes only. It isn’t a substitute for advice from licensed professionals, including lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, or your regulatory college. Use it at your own risk and based on your own judgment.
Client stories and results. The client stories I share are real and describe what happened for that person. They aren’t typical or guaranteed results, and your results will be different.
Therapists and regulated practitioners. I help with the business side of your work, not your clinical practice. You’re responsible for making sure your marketing and offers follow your regulatory college’s standards.
